A boy is on the way....... thank goodness!

We went to see the Obstetrician yesterday. Everything was proceeding well. One thing that was quite funny was this. We had already bought and installed our new curtains for the baby room. It is blue and it even has the words "cool dude" on it. So we are prepared for a boy. Yesterday the doc asked "did we say it was a girl?" like he was not sure. The first thing that went through my mind was "oh darn, the curtains!!! $$$$".

I told S about this later. It did not strike her at all as she was sure it was a boy. But hey! I thot it was pretty funny. Of course the doc was then looking quite hard for "evidence" that it is a boy... and yes it is. He found something "sticking out".

Have been quite tired these past few days. Think even some colleagues are noticing as I am not as cheerful as I should be at work. Guess stress and wanting to get things done fast in a business manner is making me rather how would you say "business like??". Anyway, I am looking forward to a break next week. We are planning a trip to Perth. A short one, but at least we get out and relax somewhere.
